Hot Wheels Treasure Hunt Series

Hot Wheels Treasure Hunt is another series I am starting to collect. They were introduced in 1995 which featured twelve vehicles. From 1997 to 2006, they started to include the Real Riders special wheels and later a TH logo in various forms. From 2007, Hot Wheels introduced the Super Treasure Hunts. These could be identified with stylized "TREA$URE HUNT$" on the package until 2012. Currently, Hot Wheels made a hidden series with the use of the Treasure Hunt logos. Apparently, if you purchase a full case of 72 Hot Wheels, it should include one Treasure Hunt. Also, the "circle flame" logo on a casting after 2013 does not necessarily mean it's a true Treasure Hunt. The logo must also be within the mainline. Given their rarity, these cars generally command a higher asking price. Happy hunting!
